We will identify synergies among leverage points and the mechanism to avoid tradeoffs through their detailed analysis in collaboration with the stakeholders of the local communities. The community-driven integrated monitoring systems which enables collective actions among stakeholders will be developed and operated based on the leverage points discovered by this
